At this time, applications must be submitted by the individual receiving treatment.

You may apply for up toย 6 months after your final treatment or ringing the bell ๐๏ธ
๐ Do I Have to Pay for Anything?
Absolutely not.
Everything is 100% freeโincluding shipping.
